Rubber pads for railway track structures (hereinafter referred to as "rubber pads") are an important component of track structures, installed between steel rails and concrete sleepers. Their main function is to cushion the high-speed vibrations and impacts generated by passing vehicles, protect the subgrade and sleepers, and provide electrical insulation for the signaling system. Additionally, since rubber pads are often exposed to the atmosphere for long periods, they are required to have excellent resistance to natural aging, as well as cold and heat resistance. Rubber pads also have good shock absorption and noise reduction properties.  

Characteristics of rubber pads:  

1. Strong shock absorption, aging resistance, wear resistance, stability, and resistance to high and low temperatures. Products are made from a combination of natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, HDPE, EVA, high-density polyethylene, and other materials. They have high elasticity and are not easily deformed or broken under various temperatures.  

2. Long service life, with low maintenance and replacement costs.  

3. Suitable for laying various steel rails such as 43KG, 50KG, and 60KG, as well as different types of sleepers, including wooden and concrete sleepers.  

4. Good shock resistance, excellent insulation, wear resistance, minimal compression deformation after repeated loading, aging resistance, long service life, and easy installation. Using railway rubber pads can greatly improve the transportation capacity of motor vehicles.  

Rubber pads are made primarily from rubber, with a scientific formulation and high-tech production techniques, carefully developed to meet the requirements of railway speed enhancement, vibration reduction, and shock absorption.
