50 and 60 rail rubber pads are the core elastic components of the track, designed to fit 50kg/m and 60kg/m rails respectively, and are installed between the rail base and the sleepers (concrete or wooden sleepers).

This product has a static stiffness within 40 kN, tensile strength: ≥8 MPa, tear strength ≥25 kN/m, compressive strength: ≥25 MPa. Under 10⁶ cycles of repeated impact load (simulating train passage), there are no cracks or damages, stiffness degradation ≤20%. Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 60℃ (extreme conditions can be extended to -50℃ to 70℃). At low temperatures (-40℃), it does not become brittle and elasticity does not significantly decrease (tensile strength retention ≥80%). At high temperatures (60℃), it does not soften or flow, preventing performance failure due to temperature changes. Ozone aging resistance: under ozone concentration of 50 pphm and 20% tensile strain, no cracking occurs within 72 hours. It can withstand rain, snow, and salts in the track environment, as well as minor oil stains, without swelling or degradation (water absorption ≤1.5%, volume change ≤3% after 24-hour soaking). Thickness deviation ≤±0.3 mm, length and width deviation ≤±2 mm, ensuring tight fit with rails and sleepers without gaps.
