Elastic rail pad: It is an important part of the railway track structure. It is installed between the railway rails and the concrete sleepers. The main function is to buffer the vibration and impact generated when the high-speed train passes, so as to protect the roadbed and keep the railway signal system in an insulating state.  Due to being exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, the elastic pad needs to have good aging resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, and good shock absorption and noise reduction.

Features: high elasticity, impact resistance, aging resistance, wear resistance, good stability, high and low temperature resistance, not easy to deform or break at different temperatures. The material is generally natural rubber, butadiene rubber, neoprene, HDPE, EVA, high-density polyethylene, etc. It has a long service life and low maintenance and replacement costs.
